Ground floor
The house is accessed via a period Georgian opening into a small lobby with limestone tiled flooring.
The lobby opens through to an open plan combination formal lounge (living room) and dining room with two original fireplaces with gas coal fires and solid oak flooring throughout. "French doors" open to the patio garden from the dining room in the rear of the main house. There are stairs to the upper and lower ground floors which are open to this formal reception area. To the rear of the structure is a guest bathroom tiled with tumbled marble from floor to ceiling and includes a shower. Adjacent to the bathroom is an additional door leading to the patio garden.
